Story: Leni Muller originally worked as Die Lufthexe for the German side in the beginning of WWII. As a teenager she showed a talent for technical innovation and with the German engineers she built her jet powered broomstick. Leni changed side in 1943 when she discovered how evil the Nazis truly were, and started fighting the German troops as The Sky Witch instead [1,2].

In 1949, after WWII, Muller and the rest of the metahumans/heroes were placed in the city Neopolis. The heroes had been popular during the war but after the war, ordinary people started fearing them, and they were all moved to the city Neopolis, a city made specifically for the heroes/metahumans. On the way there she met Steve Traynor, Jetlad, and they moved into the same rooming house, and they became friends [1,2].

On the first night in town, she and Steve visited a bar, where they met the Skysharks, and most importantly the police. Leni found out that the police were hiring, and the following day she started in the police force [1,2].

Muller stayed with the police force until she turned 60 in 1986 and retired from active duty [1].

After leaving the force, Leni started working as a volunteer at Blake Hospital. The special demands of the population in Neopolis inspired her to go back to technical innovation and she started developing specialized surgical instruments. This work she continued for 10 years before retiring completely in 1996 [1].
