Story: Morgan Stryker was one of Peter Reinbek's genetic experiments (referred to as gamma 4). Exactly what these experiments were has not been revealed, and Trent Peterson and Stryker were the only survivors [4].

In 1968 Stryker was a captain in the US army fighting in Vietnam. One of his men was Trent Peterson who was a ruthless killer he had to stop [4].

The next record is 1982 when Stryker was severely injured by a fragmentation grenade. The grenade took off half of Stryker's face and his three right arms. This was on a mission in Vietnam looking for MIA's from the war. Peterson who was a sergeant at the time left him to die, but he was saved and flown to a hospital. Here he met Peter Reinbek's son Paul who replaced his missing bodyparts with cybernetics and gave him a life-lengthening elixir [4, 5]. Stryker escaped Dr. Reinbek's lab and started working as a mercenary. He ended up working for Cyberdata where a brainbox was implanted in his head to make him remain loyal [5]. Paul Reinbek returned in 1995 when he kidnapped Stryker and Buzzcut for some new genetic experiments. He ended up getting killed instead [4].

Dr. Corben who worked for Cyberdata one day freed Stryker and four other operatives from their brainboxes [2]. The five mutants escaped and formed CyberForce along with Dr. Corben and his associate Chip McNally.

While working with CyberForce, Stryker also did some jobs on the side. It started with a job for CIA, and ended with the formation of Codename: Strykeforce [1]. Things did not work out with the group, and it was disbanded after only a few missions [3].

Stryker continiued with CyberForce and is presumably still a member of the team. The latest information is the formation of a new Strykeforce team [6].

Skills & abilities: Stryker's cybernetic implants gives him enhanced strength (he can lift approximately 10 tons with each cybernetic arm) and enables him to see in the ultraviolet and infrared spectrums. Due to his military training, he is also an excellent marksman and hand-to-hand combatant.
