Story: Kel Ravvena grew up on a world literally split in two. After centuries of war, the planet for reason unknown was split in two separate hemispheres that were named Lotherial and Oren. The gap stopped the war for some time, but when the people of Lotherial and Oren learned to get across the gap between the worlds and after a short period of peace a new war broke out.
Like other children on Oren, Kel grew up under the controlling regime on the hemisphere. Like other children he was also tested as a kid and his skills got him selected to become a pilot of the mecha called Ions.
At the age of 24, Kel was one of the first honored citizens of Oren chosen to test out a new prototype Ion, The Dark Labyrinth. Older versions of the Ions were controlled by panels and swtiches, but the new type was controlled mentally. Kel was told that memory and other cognitive problems would be expected while he adjusted to it's use. However, he experienced other unusual effects as The Dark Labyrinth seemed capable of feats beyond imagination. Memories of his past became very vivid while the present faded away, and he discovered that something was wrong with his memories and they may have been tampered with. Soon others around him became affected by this strange machine.
Not sure who to trust and tell what he is experiencing, Kel goes on a journey, risking everything to find the truth about his experiences.
